Independent Learning Centre Divestment

On January 4, 2001 the Ministry of Education announced that it would download the Independent Learning Centre from the Ministry of Education to TVOntario. The members of OPSEU Local 514 at the Independent Learning Centre are concerned about what this move will mean to their work and the students they serve. They believe the service should remain within the Ministry of Education.
