College support staff stand strong behind their bargaining team

Frustrated by the lack of respect they’re seeing at the bargaining table, thousands of college support staff across Ontario came to work today demonstrating their strong support for the bargaining team.  Dressed in black or blue all the members, from Thunder Bay to Windsor to Ottawa, had only one message for the employer: 

We make Ontario’s colleges run.  We’re on the frontlines of the education and training needed to protect Ontario’s economy.  Everyone needs support. We expect our employer to show respect for the important work we do and we want to see that respect at the bargaining table.
