Patty Rout addresses child care rally

OPSEU First Vice President-Treasurer Patty Rout spoke at a rally for a national child care program held in Whitby June 14. She told the assembled group that building a national child care program was a priority. Also speaking at the rally, held outside Finance Minister Jim Flaherty’s office, were: Irene Harris, Secretary Treasurer of the Ontario Federation of Labour and Barb Byers Executive Vice President of the Canadian Labour Congress.
